The FT-2300 / SE is provided by a LCD display back-enlightened, on which are displayed the data of a 6 button keyboard and one signalling led red and green. A menu system guides the user during the operation. Ease of use has been given high priority. Many sensor can be connected on a basis. The characteristics of the sensor (°C, RH%, mA, V) are supplied pre-configured in a software.

Events management

The device is able to notice and then store the following events:

- The overcoming maximum  threshold by a probe

- The overcoming minim  threshold by a probe

Damage of a probe

- Intervention of a programmed entry as alarm

When the device notice an alarm executes the following operations:

- Displays an appropriate message on the display. In the case there is more than one alarm simultaneously, on the display are displayed the messages related to the alarms.

- The frontal led becomes red

- The buzzer inside the device is switch on

- The relè is stimulated

MEASURE   INSTRUMENT    CONFIGURATION

Through the program, the user is able to plan all the parameters and to see the reference data of the instrument. In particular, it can read this data from the instrument or from the file, can modify them, send them to the instrument again, save them on a file to program other instruments, and in the end print them. The modify is guided by the program which check the data accuracy.

REFERNCE   DATA    VISUALIZATION

These data are characteristic of every instrument; can be only read but not modified: Serial number, model, instrument version. Builder personal data, probes serial number installed associated to the relative area. Seen the relevant amount of data to manage, for every operation, there is the possibility to limit the whole data to manage following this form:

• All data read

• The last   N  data  read

• The data between   Data   and  Data

• From a reference date

Together with the "FT-2300/SE", on request, can be supplied a software program which allow the connection and the management of the measure instrument through the P.C. The data read can be saved on a file with the right extension to update a database or to be read with a spread sheet or another elaboration program, or on a text file ready to be printed. In any case the file on which the data are stored are ASCII file readable with any videowriter program. The software allows the video consultation and the print of all data read or a part of them. The data measured, stored into the instrument, aren’t changeable by the program which can only read them.

CERTIFICATION - 

The instrument "FT-2300 / SE" is certified CE after the necessary proof for the electromagnetic compatibility effected by an official laboratory : EN 55022, EN 61000/4/2, EN 61000/4/3, EN 61000/4/4.

The data print

The printer used is a serial impact one, at 40 columns, with a print speed of 1 line per second. When the command is passed, the printer becomes to print the heading lines and then the input descriptions, the user data and the measures from the most recent to the oldest. The device stops automatically the printing at the end of data stored before meeting the starting date or before printing N record.

VISUALIZATION   ON-LINE

The software give the possibility to show at video, in real time, example, all temperature data read, eventual alarm, and the thresholds plan.

Memory capacity of data

For the storing of data we use a memory with Flash technology. In this way we guarantee that the data will be stored correctly also in lack of feeding for long period without the need of auxiliary feeding or buffer battery.

The measures are stored in record with a frequency set up by the user in a interval from 1 to 240 minute.

Every record contains:

- Year, month, day, hour, minute of the recording in memory

- The input condition. In particular if the input is active or not

- The probes condition. For every probe has measured the temperature or with particular check codes in case the probe isn’t active or for a damage.
